I have had many problems trying to export my movie. I have searched online to try and determine what the problem is, but none of the solutions have worked for me. It just fails to compile at around 70%. This was a big problem for me as I needed to start working in After Effects and so temporarily I decided to use a slightly older 640x360 version of the video but the low res was not ideal to use.
Fortunately, I found my own solution. Since I have been using Adobe Premier to edit my video I thought there must be some compatibility between that and Adobe After Effects since they are both Adobe products. It was a simple matter of importing the .proj file in to the project and it brought with it all of the source files and the sequences as compositions for me to edit. This has effectively solved the issues preventing me from exporting my movie to be worked on in After Effects.
