Chuckle Vision is a good example of British slapstick comedy.
At 2:51 there is a classic example of slapstick comedy. 2 people are chasing each other around a tree and this is a cliche in slapstick. They never actually meet and don't see each other. They turn round and try the other way and still don't meet each other.
